The Philosophers Stone

The Philosophers Stone was created long ago, the presise date is uncertain, by Albus Dumbledore and Nicholas Flamel.

This blood-red stone is a legendary substance with astonishing powers. It can turn any metal into pure gold and produces the Elixir Of Life, which will make the drinker immortal.

The Stone used to belong to Nicholas Flamel, 665, and his wife Pernelle, 658, but it was destroyed after The Dark Lord tried to steal it and return to power.

The Stone was taken from Gringotts Wizarding Bank on the 31st of July, by Rubeus Hagrid, keeper of keys at Hogwarts. It was then placed in the "3rd floor corridor" underneath "Fluffy" the 3-headed dog, past Prof. Sprouts Devils Snare, Past Prof. Flitwicks Keys, past Prof. McGonagalls giant chess set, past Prof. Quirrells troll, past Prof. Snapes riddle and potions, and into the Mirror of Erised.

Professor Dumbledore made it so only someone who really wanted the Stone, not to use it, but wanted it, could get it out of the Mirror. Harry Potter was the "one" who got the stone out of the Mirror, and possibly saved the wizarding world from the Dark Lord.

So, Will Albus Dumbledore make another Philosophers Stone in his lifetime? Will Harry have another incounter with the Mirror Of Erised? Will we see the Dark Lord take over again? Only time will tell.....
